Terex PT-30 2009 Parts Catalog

I’ve been wrenching for 28 years, and the Terex PT-30 2009 Parts Catalog is the only document you should trust for ordering parts for this rubber track loader. Aftermarket catalogs mix up part numbers, give you superseded wrong parts, and waste your time. This is the OEM print from Terex, 23 pages of factory-sourced part numbers and assembly breakdowns. No guesswork.

23 Pages of Factory Part Numbers

Every page in this catalog is laid out by serial number range. The table of contents starts at Cab (R.O.P.S.) Assembly Serial # DTA 03875-Current on page 1-A, then works through Light Bar, Chassis, Hood, Radiator/Oil Cooler, Hydraulic Reservoir, and all the way to Cab Heater Assembly on page 19-A. You get the exact factory part number, not some aftermarket house number that doesn’t cross-reference.

What Assemblies Are Covered?

Nineteen sections total. The major ones: Engine Assembly on page 10-A, Drive/Auxiliary Pump Assembly on page 9-A, Hydraulic Control Assembly on page 8-A, and Undercarriage assemblies (right and left) on pages 13-A and 14-A. Each section shows an exploded diagram with each component labeled with its Terex part number. If you need to order a bucket/tilt cylinder seal kit, the Hydraulic Service Items table lists Kitt, Seal, Loader Valve & Relief with a part number. You don’t call the dealer and describe what it looks like.

7 Major Systems Broken Down

The General Service Items & Lubricants table covers Engine Oil Filter (Perkins 140517050), Primary and Secondary Air Filters (Donaldson P821575, P822858), Fan Belt, Antifreeze, and grease. Hydraulic Service Items list the Hydraulic Oil Filter, seal kits for loader valve, bucket/tilt cylinder, and lift arm cylinder. Having these numbers in front of you means you can order from any distributor and get the right part. No returns, no downtime.

Order the Right Part the First Time

I’ve seen guys order a “compatible” hydraulic filter from a parts house and it doesn’t thread on because the thread pitch is different. This catalog gives you the OEM number: 0200-377 for the engine oil filter, 0304-434 for the primary air filter. That’s the exact part Terex designed the machine around. Use those numbers and you’re done. If you also need the service procedures, check the TEREX PT-30 Service Manual. For related machines, see Schaeff-terex SKL 863 2003 Parts Catalog – OEM Factory Manual. And if you want a broader look at the equipment industry, Automotive Industry Overview gives some background. Automotive Industry Overview also covers related trends.

ROPS Cab Assembly: Page 1-A Breakdown

The cab assembly page shows every bolt, seal, and panel with a part number. Same for the optional Enclosed Cab assembly and the Cab Heater assembly. If you’re replacing a cracked window or a worn-out latch, you pull the number off the diagram and order it. No measuring, no cross-referencing. That is the value of this catalog.

Why OEM Documentation Matters

Aftermarket parts catalogs are often scanned from older documents with missing or transposed numbers. This is a direct factory print from 2009, exact same document Terex mechanics used. The part numbers match the production run serial # DTA 03875-Current. If you have a machine in that range, these numbers are correct. Period.

Can I use this catalog for other Terex models?
No. This is specific to PT-30 serial DTA 03875-Current.
Does this catalog include torque specifications?
No, this is a parts catalog, not a service manual. It lists part numbers and assembly breakdowns but does not include torque values or repair steps. For that you need the TEREX PT-30 Service Manual. But for ordering parts, this is the only source you should trust. Aftermarket parts catalogs often substitute numbers, leading to incorrect parts and downtime.

Nothing else compares. If you work on PT-30 loaders, this catalog belongs in your shop. Download the Factory Manual now and stop ordering the wrong parts.
