Takeuchi TW50 Parts Catalog
If you’re ordering parts for a Takeuchi TW50 without the factory parts catalog, you’re burning billable hours and risking the wrong component. I’ve seen guys slap on a steering ram that looked right but had a different port orientation because they guessed the part number. That’s a whole afternoon wasted. This is the OEM Parts Catalog—Book No. 8016563, 107 pages, direct from the manufacturer. No third-party reindexing, no photocopied blur. You get the same exploded views and part lists the dealer uses.

Main Section: 28 Assembly Groups
Open to page 0-1 and you’ll find the “Main” list. It breaks the entire machine into 28 groups: Lifting Unit, Base Frame, Steering Hydraulics, Working Hydraulics, Return Hydraulics, Driving Hydraulics, Hydraulic System QRC, Locking Device, Directional Valve, Brake Throttle Valve, Working Ram, Lifting Ram, Steering Ram, Hydraulic Tank Compl, Return Filter, Electric System, Electric System (Canopy), Printed Circuit Compl, Working Headlights, Drive Set, Diesel Engine, Exhaust System, Foot Pedal Mechanism, Air Filter System, Oil Pressure Pump Compl, Oil Motor, Front Axle, Rear Axle, Fuel System, Driver’s Seat Compl, Cabin Canopy, FOPS-Grating Compl, Window Panes Kit, Cabin Door Compl, Hinged Rear Side Window, Covering Canopy, Protective Canopy, Steering Column Compl, Hyd Quick Release Eq, Pallet Fork Compl, Heating Kit, Decals & Accessories, Protective Hoses, Filter Set, Covering Compl, Engine Hood Compl. Every line has the part number, description, quantity, and serial number break.
How to Use This Catalog Without Guessing
First, find your machine’s serial number. The catalog is indexed to S/N E104063. On page 0-1 the “Serial No.” column tells you exactly which parts changed at what chassis break. Do not skip that column. I’ve seen guys order a steering column assembly for a later machine and then wonder why the wiring harness doesn’t match. Use the “Remarks” column too—it flags superseding parts or kits. For example, the Oil Pressure Pump Compl comes in 12V (8019516) and the Oil Motor is a separate line. You need to know which pump your TW50 has.
Takeuchi TW50 Parts Catalog: Why OEM Matters
Aftermarket parts catalogs often merge different SN ranges into one list, so you end up with 15 part numbers for the same item and no way to pick the right one. This OEM book is unambiguous. Each part number is assigned to a specific serial number range. The exploded drawings (not included in this parts catalog—those live in the service manual) are referenced, but the part numbers are the real value. You get the exact hydraulic block, seal kit, or wiring harness that Takeuchi built the machine with. No guesswork.
When You Need Parts for the Hydraulic System
Turn to the hydraulic groups: Steering Hydraulics (5820072), Working Hydraulics (5820069), Return Hydraulics (8016949), Driving Hydraulics (5820070). Four separate groups. If you’re rebuilding a hydraulic tank, the Hydraulic Tank Compl is 5820062 and the Return Filter is 5820066. The parts catalog doesn’t tell you how to R&R the tank, but it gives you the correct part numbers so you can order the right filter head, gasket, or pickup tube. I always keep this catalog and the Takeuchi TW50 Service Manual together on the bench—one tells you how, the other tells you what.
Serial Number Verification Procedure
Every main assembly line has a “Serial No.” field. If it’s blank, the part fits all TW50 machines covered. If it’s filled in, say “S/N E104063~”, that part only applies from that serial onward. The catalog also lists successor parts like the Window Panes Kit (8020364) that supersedes earlier glass. Check the “Serv.” column for service updates. This is factory field data. Use it.
That matters.

- Will this parts catalog work for a TW50 with serial number below E104063?
- No. This book is spec’d to S/N E104063 and later. Earlier machines need a different parts catalog.
- Does the catalog include torque specs or repair procedures?
- This is strictly a parts catalog—it lists part numbers, quantities, serial number breaks, and assembly group overviews. For torque specs and overhaul procedures you need the Takeuchi TW50 Service Manual. The two books are designed to be used together. The parts catalog references service manual sections but does not reproduce them. Order both if you plan to do any major work.
