Atlas Copco CC900G 2015 Operators Manual – Factory Specs for Roller

(2 customer reviews)

Original price was: $15.48.Current price is: $9.99.

Factory OEM operators manual for the Atlas Copco CC900G vibratory roller. 99 pages covering torque specs, safety, hydraulic system, and maintenance. 2015 edition.

If you’ve ever bolted something back together using a generic torque chart from the internet and watched it leak oil the next day, you know why I’m direct about this. The Atlas Copco CC900G 2015 Operators Manual is what you need on the bench before you touch a single fitting on this roller. I’ve seen too many guys skip the step where they check the factory spec for ROPS bolts — and then wonder why the cab rattles loose. This manual puts the numbers in front of you, in print, from the people who built the machine.

Atlas Copco CC900G 2015 Operators Manual cover showing vibratory roller and OEM documentation

Safety First: General Instructions and Warnings

Page 3 of the manual lays out the general safety instructions. This isn’t a liability paragraph you skim — it covers slope operation, working near road edges, and seat positioning. The section on roll-over protection (ROPS) on page 9 gives bolt torque specs and inspection intervals. You skip that, you’re betting the cab frame stays intact during a tip. Not a bet I take. The manual is explicit: battery handling, boost starting, and fire prevention are all spelled out with the same directness. If you work on this machine, you read these pages first.

99 Pages of Factory Data

The manual runs 99 pages. That’s not a thick binder, but every page carries specifications you won’t find in an aftermarket reprint. The table of contents starts with machine identification, intended use, warning symbols — all the stuff that tells you you’re holding documentation written for the operator, not a marketing brochure. Page 13 gives dimensions in both side and top views. Page 15 lists weight and volumetric capacities. Aftermarket manuals often fudge those numbers or leave them out entirely. This one doesn’t.

Hydraulic System and Torque Specs: Page 16

Page 16 is where you’ll find the tightening torque for the ROPS bolts. That number is critical — over-torque cracks the mounting flange, under-torque leaves the structure loose. The hydraulic system section (page 16 onward) covers the full system layout and the correct tightening values for fittings. If you’re replacing a hose or resealing a cylinder, you need that page open. Don’t trust a generic chart from a tool truck. Trust the OEM number that came out of the factory in 2015. Also check the related manual for the Atlas Copco CC900G 2015 Operators Manual – Factory Specs”>Atlas Copco CC900G 2015 Operators Manual – Factory Specs if you want an extra copy for the field.

Operation: Startup, Shutdown, and Brake Release

Starting the engine is on page 27 — but before you turn the key, you need to check the parking brake (page 26) and the operator seat adjustment (page 25). The manual walks through normal braking, backup braking, and the emergency release procedure for the parking brake if the machine loses hydraulic pressure. That section alone has saved me from having to drag a dead roller across a slope. The vibration control (page 29) is manual engagement only — no automatic settings. If you’re used to newer rollers with electronic controls, read the procedure carefully.

Does This Manual Cover Electrical and Maintenance?

Electrical system coverage is on page 24 — it lists the relays and fuses with their locations. That’s enough to troubleshoot a no-start or dead display. Full wiring schematics are not in an operator manual; you’d want the service manual for that. The maintenance schedule starts on page 49, with lubrication points and symbols. The lubricant specifications are on page 9, including high-temperature and low-temperature recommendations. If you operate in San Antonio heat or northern winter, check those alternatives.

For other Atlas Copco equipment, look at the Atlas Copco XAHS 146 Dd 2006 Operators Manual – Factory Specs”>Atlas Copco XAHS 146 Dd 2006 Operators Manual – Factory Specs and the Atlas Copco Boomer L1 D L2 D ML2 D Mark VII 2008 Operators Manual”>Atlas Copco Boomer L1 D L2 D ML2 D Mark VII 2008 Operators Manual. And if you’re working on vehicles with a Manual Transmission”>Manual Transmission, we have separate OEM guides for those. Same applies to Manual Transmission”>Manual Transmission rebuild specs.

FAQ

Is this manual in English?
The manual is a translation from Swedish, but the content is clear factory specifications. All the data is usable.
Does it include wiring diagrams?
Pages 24-26 cover the electrical system including relays and fuses, but not full wiring schematics. For that, you need the service manual.
What torque values are listed?
Torque values for ROPS bolts are on page 16. The manual lists tightening torque in both Nm and ft-lb. You need a calibrated torque wrench — no guessing. The hydraulic system section also gives fitting torques. If you don’t have the manual open to that page, you’re asking for leaks. I’ve seen stripped threads from skipping that step. The OEM spec is correct; aftermarket tables are often rounded off or wrong. Use the factory number.
Who needs this manual?
Anyone operating or maintaining a CC900G vibratory roller. Operators, fleet managers, mechanics — anyone who touches the machine.

This is the documentation you bring to the job. The 99 pages cover safety, operation, maintenance, and specs that keep the roller running without guesswork. Download the Factory Manual now and keep it on your tablet or printed in the toolbox. I wouldn’t run this machine without it.
