Remove the SRS-ECU, airbag module, and clock spring before baking the vehicle after painting. That’s real data. Not a generic “be careful” sticker.

Is this the same as the 2000 supplement?

Does it have torque specs for electrical components?

No. This manual focuses on wiring diagrams, harness routing, and connector pinouts. Torque values for mechanical fasteners are in the chassis workshop manual PWJE9812. The Circuit Diagrams section includes ground bolt symbol markings, but not torque. For engine or transmission bolt torques, you need the separate engine group manual PWEE. That said, the fuse box and relay block connection diagrams are accurate down to each terminal number. I’ve used them to fix a no-power condition on the INVECS-II transmission controller – the factory diagram isolated the problem to a corroded relay socket in 20 minutes. You can’t do that with a generic wire color list.
