Terex TSV70, TSV80 2011 Parts Catalog – Factory OEM Manual

I’ve lost count of how many times a tech handed me a part that looked right in the aftermarket book but didn’t fit because the serial number break was off. That’s why I only trust OEM parts catalogs like this one for the Terex TSV70, TSV80 2011 Parts Catalog. 35 pages of factory drawings and part numbers, no guesswork.

Cab and Interior: Where the Serial Number Matters

Sections 1 through 4 cover the Cab (R.O.P.S.) Assembly, Cab Interior, Headliner/Dash Pods, and Cab Door/Windows. Each of those pages (1-A to 4-A) is split by serial number range: SV070/080 00101-Current. If your machine falls outside that range, you need a different revision – the factory print date (9-11) tells you the cut-off. Missing the serial number break means ordering a cab door gasket that won’t seal. I’ve seen it.

Engine Assembly Differences: TSV-70 vs TSV-80

Two separate pages, one for each model. Section 15 is the Engine Assembly for TSV-70 (serial SV070 00101-Current), and Section 16 is for the TSV-80 (serial SV080 00101-Current). Same platform, different power plants – the parts numbers for injectors, mounts, and accessory drives are not interchangeable. If you need the earlier Schaeff machines, check the Schaeff-terex SKL 863 2003 Parts Catalog – OEM Factory Manual or the Schaeff-terex SKL 853 2003 Parts Catalog – Factory OEM 485 Pages. For the compact loader line, there’s the Schaeff-terex SCL 515 2002 Parts Catalog – OEM Factory Manual.

Hydraulic Control Assemblies: Single Speed vs Two Speed

Sections 10 and 11 break down the hydraulic control valve assemblies. One is labeled Single Speed, the other Two Speed – and the part numbers are not shared. The hydraulic drive/auxiliary assembly (Section 13) and solenoid blocks (Section 14) also have their own exploded views. When you’re ordering a spool or a seal, this catalog gives you the exact part number for your machine’s configuration. No cross-referencing third-party catalogs.

Safety Decals and Machine Graphics

Sections 27 through 30 cover Safety Decals US (ANSI) and ROW (ISO), plus machine graphics for TSV-70 and TSV-80 separately. These are important for compliance and resale – wrong decals can fail an inspection. The catalog includes the correct part numbers for each standard. Terex has been a major name in the Automotive Industry Overview – here’s a broader look at the Automotive Industry Overview.

General Service Items & Lubricants

After Section 30 there’s a dedicated section listing common service items: engine oil filter, primary and secondary air filters, fuel filter, fan belt, A/C belt, antifreeze/coolant. Part numbers are listed directly – no need to hunt through the exploded views. If you need the filter for a 2011 TSV-70, it’s right there.

That’s 35 pages of pure part numbers. No fluff, no generic drawings. Every page matches the factory build sheet.

Does this manual include torque specs?
No. This is a parts catalog, not a service manual. It lists part numbers and exploded views only. You’ll need the separate service manual for assembly procedures.
Can I use this for a TSV70 with serial number below 00101?
The manual covers serial numbers from 00101-Current as of the 2011 print date. For earlier machines, you may need a different revision. Check the serial number plate on the chassis – if it’s below that range, you might need to source earlier parts catalogs or contact Terex for supersession information. The part numbers in this catalog are current for that production run, but later revisions may have updated parts.

If you’re tired of ordering parts by memory and ending up with the wrong size O-ring or a bracket that doesn’t line up, download the Factory Manual. It sits on the bench, not in theory.
